We had hoped to be able to hold our postponed AGM in the autumn, possibly as an outdoor event. However, as the rules stand and with the threat of a second wave of the virus, this has not been possible.
We need to have some form of General Meeting to elect the officers and members of the executive committee as well as to present annual reports and accounts, so the trustees have decided to circulate the reports that would normally be presented at the AGM and to hold a postal ballot for elections.
