It seems that the battle over the right to ‘wild camp’ on Dartmoor has not yet run its course. The Western Morning News reports that lawyers representing Alexander and Diana Darwall will appeal against the Appeal Court ruling reached in July 2023. The case will now be heard in the Supreme Court, the UK’s highest court.
